Support Group Interest Form
The Fort Peck Tribal Prosecutor’s Office Victim Services Program is exploring the possibility of creating a Domestic Violence Support Group for individuals in our community who have experienced domestic violence or are currently navigating an abusive relationship.
Domestic violence can affect every part of a person’s life. Having a safe space to connect with others who understand these experiences can help reduce isolation and remind survivors that they are not alone.
We are currently gauging community interest to better understand what type of support group would be most helpful and accessible. The group could provide a confidential, supportive environment where participants can connect with others, share experiences if they choose, learn about healthy relationships and safety, and access information about available community resources.
The group would be survivor-centered, trauma-informed, and focused on safety and empowerment. Participation would be voluntary, and individuals would never be pressured to share anything they are not comfortable discussing.

Your feedback will help us determine whether there is a need for a group, what topics would be most beneficial, and what days, times, and formats would make participation easier for community members.
You do not have to be ready to leave a relationship to seek support. You do not have to share your story. You simply deserve a safe place to find support, information, and connection.
