The mission of the Fort Peck Tribes Prosecutor's Office is to uphold justice, protect the inherent sovereignty of our Nation, and promote healing through culturally grounded, fair and impartial prosecution. We are committed to serving the people with integrity, to uplift victims, restore balance and dignity that's guided by tradition, law, and the spirit of those that walked the path before us.

Our Team
Adrienne Weinberger
Lead Prosecutor
Adrienne R. Weinberger serves as Chief Prosecutor for the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes. She has 25 years of experience within the tribal justice system, including service as both a prosecutor and lay advocate. She previously served as a tribal prosecutor from 2003–2009 and 2012–2016 before returning to the Prosecutor’s Office in 2024. She has completed formal coursework in federal Indian law, legal research and writing, and the Fort Peck Tribes Comprehensive Code of Justice. A veteran, Adrienne is committed to the fair and consistent administration of justice, protecting victims, strengthening public safety, and maintaining the integrity and independence of the Tribal Prosecutor’s Office.
Holly Denny
Assistant Prosecutor
Holly is passionate about serving her community and ensuring that justice is pursued with fairness, compassion, and integrity. Before becoming a prosecutor, she worked as a social worker, where she developed a passion for helping people navigate difficult circumstances and advocating for their needs. Holly is committed to providing support and justice for all.
Jessica Kirn
Assistant Prosecutor
Jessica Kirn serves as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Fort Peck Tribes. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Montana and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work. Her professional background includes ten years of experience in corrections, case management, advocacy, compliance, and working with youth and families. She is committed to serving the Fort Peck community with fairness, integrity, and a focus on accountability and public safety. Jessica brings a community-centered perspective to her work and is dedicated to continuing to grow in her role while serving the Tribal community.
Alexus Culbertson
Victim Services Coordinator
A lifelong member of the Fort Peck community, Alexus was born and raised on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation and has seen both the strengths of the community and the challenges faced by its people. Through her new role as Victim Services Coordinator with the Tribal Prosecutor’s Office, Alexus is dedicated to advancing community wellness, supporting victims of crime, and helping build a justice system rooted in dignity, respect, and healing.
Tristian Ward
Legal Assistant
Tristian is our dedicated legal assistant, she provides essential administrative and legal support to help ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively. Through her work, Tristian contributes to the office’s commitment to serving the community, supporting the justice system, and ensuring that cases are handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
